You are looking for a running group which does not only guide you through the most attractive Marburg running routes but also teaches you to actively improve your movement sequences? Then the Marburg Running School is the place to go. Here, healty running has priority over high performance racing. We provide you with a variety of training methods to optimize your body tension and motion patterns. This will help you to decrease your susceptibility for injuries, to run more efficiently and to become independent of accessories such as expensive running shoes. So easily, it is an even greater pleasure to compete in public racing events as a team.
Our training offer is just right for beginners who intend to learn a good running form right from the start. But it is also appropriate for advanced runners willing to overcome movement errors, as well as for all of you active people out there who want to have lots of fun running on a regular basis with a really nice group. You are especially welcome if you like running barefoot or are keen on learning this skill.
If you are already fit enough to continously run for 45 minutes on an flat route, you will not be overchallenged when you join us.
