Within roughly three hours you will learn what is really important when starting with the most natural form of running. It is a great opportunity for networking with other barefooters while running a leisurely route shoeless on sole-friendly ground.

Individual Workshops (for Groups and Organizations)
You are a group of sports enthusiasts (e.g. club, company, authority, etc.) in Marburg and surroundings? You would like to learn about natural healthy running, barefoot running and running form training?
If so, running instructor Martin will be pleased to come to your event as a speaker and running coach by appointment.
The content is based on an approx. one-hour lecture with slide presentation, which can be complemented by coordination exercises and a short barefoot test run, depending on the organizational framework. A sufficiently large room with a projector and a screen are required.
